Setting PC clock with WWVH...

Provide a PSDR option to decode the WWV/WWVH BCD timecode data and set the PC clock.

This feature could be extremely useful for operators, who need accurate time and without a internet connection for network time broadcasts.

This would be a very good enhancement, especially for those without Internet access or mobile and portable.

I am doing this when out of internet coverage with a bluetooth GPS unit and a small program called GPSTime
