FlexWire TX INHIBIT

Provide a FlexWire TX INHIBIT pin option in PSDR.

This TX INHIBIT option will allow the operator to disable the Flex Radio from transmitting until the TX INHIBIT pin is brought to ground. The feature will address the operators who use sequencing schemes in their TX/RX paths.

All modern HF tranceivers have this function...Flex missed the boat on this one ;-))

This is essential to proper sequencing, esp for Weak signal work with LNAs
