The CPU utilization data shown on the PowerSDR console is a result of a .NET function call to Windows PerfMon. If the values are not beeing displayed, then the Performance Counter Library values have been compromised and need to be rebuilt.
Follow the procedure below for rebuilding the PerfMon performance counters library for Win7 and Vista:
Click Start, type "cmd" in the Search box.
Right click cmd.exe, and select Run as administrator.
At the prompt, type lodctr /R and press ENTER. (note the "R" is a capital letter)
This will repair the PerfMon pointers (those are stored in the registry).
You should see this message if the process was successful:
