How to Access your Support Tickets via the HelpDesk portal

Accessing your open HelpDesk tickets is very simple.  You first access the FlexRadio HelpDesk portal (https://helpdesk.flexradio.com/hc/en-us) which is this web page.  The minimum browser versions for accessing the HelpDesk include browsers such as Internet Explorer 11, Mozilla Firefox 27, Google Chrome 30 or Apple Safari 7. iOS 5.1 and Android 5 Lollipop or later will be required.

Click on the Sign In button at the top right-hand corner of the web page.

Enter the email address and your password to access your account.

If you forgot your password, there is a "Forgot my Password" link on the login page to reset your password.

If you created HelpDesk tickets but never created a password for accessing your account, use the link "Have you emailed us? Get a password " to create an account password.

Once logged into your account, your account name will be displayed in the upper right-hand corner where the Sign In button was located.  You will notice beside your name is a downward arrow.  This indicates that there are menu items you can select for different account management functions.

To access your tickets, left click on the button with your account name in it and select the option My Activities.  This will display all of the HelpDesk tickets that you have entered for your account.

Just click on the ticket subject name and that will open your ticket so you can review the tickets detail or enter updates to your ticket.

When you are done, you can sign out of your account by left clicking on the button with your account name in it and select the option Sign out or simply closing your browser window or tab will automatically log you out.
