How to fix SmartSDR CAT "Trial period has Expired. Program is disabled now" Errors

NOTE: This article applies only to SmartSDR v4.1.5 and below.

If you start up SmartSDR CAT and you receive an error that the "Inner Exception: Trial Period has Expired. Program is disabled now" error (see image below), follow this procedure to correct the issue.  This error occurs because a Windows 10 update uninstalled and reinstalled the FlexVSP driver, and the reinstallation failed.

1. Run the HelpDesk procedure, How to Manually Uninstall the FlexVSP Driver.
2. After you reboot your PC, run the HelpDesk procedure, How to Manually Install the FlexVSP Drivers.
