Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
In the list, look for the Virtual Serial Port Kit Service.
Check the Status column:
- Running: The service is active.

Blank/Stopped: The service is not running. In this case, do the following:
Right-click the Virtual Serial Port Service and select Start. If it does not start, open a HelpDesk support ticket.
To ensure it runs every time you boot, right-click it, go to Properties, and set the "Startup type" to Automatic
Note: If the Virtual Serial Port Kit Service is not listed, then the FlexVSP driver is not installed or requires being repaired. In this case, please open a HelpDesk support ticket.
