If you are experiencing DAXv2 errors, the first step is to make sure the DAX driver is correctly installed.
Verifying FlexRadio DAX Driver Using Windows Device Manager
Accessing Device Manager
Press the Windows key, type Device Manager, and select it from the results.
In Device Manager, click View > Show Hidden Devices (ensure it has a check mark).
Expand Sound, Video, and Game Controllers.
Take a screen capture of this expanded list and send it to me.
Retrieving Information from SmartSDR DAX
If requested by FlexRadio Technical support, provide a screen capture from Windows Device Manager.
