There are many times when if would be helpful to know important information about your computer, such as: CPU Type, Amount of RAM Memory, Disk Storage, Version of Windows, Graphic Card used, etc.
Here is how to quickly gather important information about your computer to send to Technical Support:
This procedure is primarily for Windows 11, but should also work for Windows 10, with some modification:
- Click on the "Window Icon" (Start Button).
- Type "Settings" and select that option.
- Select "System" near the top of the left-hand column.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the right-hand column.
- Select "About."
- Expand the window as tall as you can, and take a Screen Capture of the whole Page.
(You may need to scroll down and take a second Screen Capture to get all of the information.) - Send it to Technical Support for examination, if instructed to do so.
